Domestic Shipping Policy 
At Robinhood Workwear & Footwear we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping services to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for important details regarding order processing, carriers, and international shipments. 
For retail orders, we aim to process all orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. We understand the importance of efficiency, and we work diligently to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. 
To ensure the most efficient delivery, we utilize trusted shipping carriers such as UPS and USPS. The carrier used for your order will depend on the destination and the carrier that offers the fastest delivery to the provided address. 

International Shipping Policy

Customs Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs department. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Restricted Items: We are unable to ship certain items internationally due to customs regulations or carrier restrictions. These items include but are not limited to:

* Live animals
* Prescription medications

Return Policy: Please review our return policy for international orders carefully before making a purchase. Due to the complexities of international shipping, return shipping costs and customs fees may apply.

Return Policy for Robinhood Workwear & Footwear


At Robinhood Workwear & Footwear, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with our return policy.


1. General Return Guidelines:


Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for unwanted items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new/unused, in its original packaging, with original labels attached to the item.


2. Returns Due to Change of Mind or Dislike:


If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or simply not liking the item, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return back to Robinhood Workwear & Footwear. 

 Furthermore, Robinhood Workwear & Footwear will not cover any shipping expenses for returns due to incorrect sizing; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is selected before purchase.


Returns from orders that qualify for free shipping. Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred for shipping and the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
 All returned item must meet the general return guidelines mentioned above.


3. Returns Due to Mistake From Robinhood Workwear & Footwear or Damaged Item:


If the return is initiated due to a Shipping error or the item received is damaged, Robinhood Workwear & Footwear will cover the return shipping costs.The customer must notify Robinhood Workwear & Footwear of any mistakes from Robinhood Workwear & Footwear or damages within 7 days of receiving the item.A full refund will be issued to the customer for the returned item, including the original shipping cost.


4. Final Sale Items


Items labeled as Final Sale are not eligible for returns; all purchases are considered final.


5. Restocking Fees

Lifestyle Sports will apply a 10% restocking fee to all returns in order to cover the transaction fees incurred during credit card processing.


6. Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return for your online purchase, please use the provided link to request a return label. Enter your order number and zip code to generate the label. Once submitted, you'll receive an email with instructions and the return label.

7. Return Process:

Upon approval of the return, you'll receive instructions and a shipping label from Robinhood Workwear & Footwear. Please do not use your own shipping label, as we cannot refund costs incurred outside of our system. Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.


Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.


8. Exclusions:

Our return policy does not cover used items, items damaged by the customer, or items without their original packaging. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. By purchasing from Robinhood Workwear & Footwear, you agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this return policy. For questions or assistance, please contact our customer service team.


International Return Policy:

All international sales are final due to the complexities of international shipping. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is damaged upon receipt.


Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact Robinhood Workwear & Footwear immediately with detailed photographs of the damaged item and its packaging. This will help us file a claim with the carrier for a refund due to shipping damage.
