Carhartt Surrey Rain Coat

This polyester-lined Carhartt Men's Surrey Coat is made of .50 mm PVC fabric to keep you warm and dry from the rain or snow. It has electronically welded seams for superior wind resistance and strength. The detachable hood has a drawstring that can be cinched down in troublesome weather. The double-front storm placket comes with both inside and outside snaps for extra protection. There are Neoprene inner-sleeve cuffs that can be adjusted to fit and several pockets with weather flaps to keep your gear handy but protected.
